Provide administrative support for the Manager, requiring considerable judgment and discretion, to include handling of information of a highly important and confidential nature.
• Prepare and manage the issuance of various documents (letters, memos, correspondence, agendas, notes and minutes of meetings) as requested by management.
• Oversee office interactions, responding to requests and questions.
• Create presentations and other management-level reports.
• Proactively manage appointment scheduling , coordinate meetings and managing calendars and schedules, including Board of Directors meetings, record and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Administers the formulation and enforcement of HR Policies and Procedures
• Supervise salary grading scale and assure compliance with HR / Corporate norms
• Follow-up on all employee-related issues regarding rewards, recognition and corrective actions, safety, welfare, wellness and health to maximize employee attitude, condition and morale
• Consulting with internal business partners, such as department heads and management, to assess benefits, compensation and compliance needs
• Dealing with Oracle system.
• Secretary in tender committee for the company.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
• Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
