Test Criteria & Requirements:
All Pipe should be 80 Schedule.
GTAW CS or SS should be 2” Pipe.
GTAW + SMAW CS or SS should be 6” Pipe.
For Fitter & Fabricator, Candidate should have well knowledge of ISO Spool Drawing.
Grinding, Gas Cutting & Fit-Up.
Gas Cut Set, Right Angle ( Tri Square), Measuring Tape, Sprit Level, related to Fabrication fittings (Different Size Elbows, Reducers – Exinitic & Concentric), Flanges, ( Weld Neck, Slip-on).
Orientation & Rotation of flanges.
