Position Overview:
The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring a high standard of service, managing staff, and maintaining a positive guest experience. The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:•Oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest quality of guest service.•Supervise and motivate hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.•Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.•Monitor and manage hotel budgets, expenses, and profitability.•Ensure the hotel complies with health, safety, and other regulatory standards.•Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.•Train and develop staff to ensure effective performance and growth.•Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize room occupancy and revenue.•Maintain inventory control and ensure the hotel’s physical maintenance is up to standard.
Qualifications:•Proven experience as a Hotel Manager in Bahrain or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.•Strong leadership and team management skills.•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.•Knowledge of hotel management software and property management systems (PMS).•Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.•Ability to work under pressure and handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.•A degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.•Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
