We are looking for a sales coordinator to assist our sales team, manage customer inquiries, handle walk-in customers, receive units for inspecti, process sales transactions, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:1. Walk-in Customer Handling & Unit Receiving:
•Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.
•Understand customer requirements and provide product or service information.
•Receive and log incoming units for inspection, repair, or servicing.
•Ensure proper tagging and doentation of received units, including serial numbers, customer details, and issue descriptions.
•Issue acknowledgment receipts to customers and update records in the system.
•Coordinate with enginee for unit assessments and repair timelines.
2. Sales Support & Coordination:
•Assist in preparing and sending quotations, proposals, and contracts.
•Follow up with customers on quotations, orders, and approvals.
•Maintain an updated database of customers, quotations, and sales transactions.
3. Customer Communication & Service:
•Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
•Address and resolve customer concerns or escalate them to the appropriate department.
•Provide updates on job status, repair progress, and delivery timelines.
4. Sales Reporting & Analysis:
•Prepare week sales reports and maintain records of transactions.
•Assist in analyzing sales trends and identifying potential business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills Required
•2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator or customer service role, preferably in a technical or engineering company.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and E software.
•Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
•Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
•Knowledge of electronic components, VFDs, and industrial equipment (preferred).
