OverLand Trading is looking for a Sales & Operations Executive who will be responsible for overseeing the company's sales and operational activities related to heavy equipment rentals. The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented professional who can manage and grow the company's sales revenue and operational efficiency.
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the company's heavy equipment rental services.
- Create and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure equipment is properly maintained, serviced, and delivered on time to customers.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of equipment for rental as per customer demands.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure smooth and efficient processes and workflows.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and other data to identify areas of improvement for the company's services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that drive sales.
- Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive and up-to-date with the latest industry developments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data.
- Prepare sales reports, operational reports, and other doentation as required by the management.
