Work closely with Architects and team in preparation of 3d Visualization.
Reproducing the Architects concept into a graphic form, or may involve interpretation and artistic design.
Ability to represent ideas in a photo realistic 3d renderings and animation if needed.
Accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2d Cad and 3d modelling data.
Understand the concepts and initial design intent.
Creative knowledge in designing exterior and interior spaces.
Analyze current building codes, by law and requirements to establish how they affect architectural drawings and stay up to date on all required and relevant codes.
A High level of technical knowledge, including Autocad.
Creative control, and provide quality assurance on deliverables.
Can work on a very tight schedule to meet deadline submission if necessary.
Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture or equivalent
Proficient in Sketch-up Vray, Lumion and Photoshop. Knowledge in 3d max is a plus but not required.
Time and Project Management Skills.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Have strong communication, collaboration, active listening and problem solving skills.
Must have interpersonal skills, and be a team player.
Comfortable with ambiguity and time spent outside of comfort zone acquiring new skills.
