RCG is a property management company specializing in providing property management services for affordable housing communities. We provide full management to property owners from onsite personnel to our corporate office.
We are actively looking for personnel to fill an “Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper” position in our bookkeeping department.
This position will include, but not be limited to:
• Daily postings to the accounting software (Timberline)
• Balancing several reports monthly
• Reconciling bank statements monthly
• Auditing property management database entries (Class accuracy
• Providing assistance and guidance to site personnel
• Help with the implementation of re changes
• Filing
• Helping with other tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines in fast pace office
• Strong MS Outlook; Word; Excel and spreadsheet skills; 10 key by touch
• Accountability and integrity; friendly, professional demeanor; ability to get along with people; team player
• Have good work ethic; reliable and dependable attendance is required – this is not a remote position
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Valid CA Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the Middle East
