- Composing, sending, and responding to emails in SPANISH, ENGLISH and ARABIC.

- Making and receiving phone calls in all mentioned languages.

- Ensuring that emails and phone conversations are culturally appropriate and align with the target audience's language preferences and customs.
- Maintaining accurate records of all email and phone communication
