•Replenishment, Stock Base, Remaining SO, Stock management (Neatness, merchandizing, replenishment…), POS, Call management and many other tasks MG is making for now.
•Answering telephone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
•Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
•Systematically filing important company documents.
•Forwarding all correspondence, such as letters and packages, to staff members.
•Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
•Filing and Archiving
•Company Admin Work and correspondence with:
1.Third parties (Logistics, Printing, Lawyers, Insurance, PRO….)
2.Infrastructure (Electricity DEWA, Communication ETISALAT….)
3.Official Authority (MOHRE, DED, FTA….)
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
•English Literate (very good)
•Working knowledge of business management.
