Job Description

Office Administrator with Document Control experiences
• complete administration tasks to ensure compliance;
• ensure that all messages are passed onto the relevant supervisors / manager;
• take effective notes, minutes of meetings etc;
• to be the first point of contact for members of the public regarding queries or complaints about the domestic waste collections, as well as directly interfacing with the client.
• deal proficiently with any queries to find a suitable resolution.
• general Administration duties.
• organize and maintain paper and electronic files
• attending all incoming calls
• handling all stationary matters
. assisting procurement in logistic matters ( Coo, Freight forwarder ,...)
. document control


Candidate Requirements

Competency
• Administration / clerical experience is required
• Excellent communication & time management skills
• High degree of confidentiality
• Punctual
• Microsoft Office IT skills - intermediate level (Proficient in word, excel and power point skills)
• Ability to work under own initiative
