Ro of the position: Business Development Executive
The Business Development Executive (BDE) will be assigned a territory and a target per month. They will be required to generate leads, pitch and close win properties
Main responsibilities:
• Cold calling and generating potential leads.
• Contacting potential leads to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Researching brokers to build relations to sign new properties.
• Presenting the business to potential clients.
• Evaluating the property to ensure it is in line with the company expectations.
• Coordinating the property launching with all the departments and processes involved, which includes the technical inspection, unit permit, utilities connection, formalities with security, deep cleaning, photo shooting.
• Developing inventory for all the property belongings.
• Generating the integrations sheet for OTAs.
