.Ensure discipline in the camp and to follow compa policies.
2. Accommodation Supervisor must work 24/7, which means should be monitored the camp all-time
3.Maintain a record of staff total details, daily reports & monthly reports and sent to Admin Department.
4. Accommodation Supervisor must be clean, tidy and shall follow diligently the disciplinary rules laid out in his contract.
5. Provide Guidance to the tenants to keep the belongings in the proposed area and monitor they are performing it according to the instruction.
6. Keeping updated record of all labors staying in accommodation.
7. Maintain a Floor wise cleaning sheet and record the details and remarks along with accommodation Supervisor and cleaning staffs along with name and signature
8.Ensures timely ordering camp supplies, cleaning materials and equipment necessary for the maintenance and operation of the camp facilities.
9. Ensure that the housekeeping on the camp should be carried out in line with reviewed standards, every day according to the schedule.
10.Responsible for the effective cleaning of the kitchen and all its corresponding areas, the dining area and stores, in accordance with the food Hygiene and Safety rules.
11. Provide a kitchen schedule for tenants. Once the time is over, the accommodation Supervisor must turn off gas valves and ensure the cleaning is done or not.
12.Carry out regular inspections of the premises, common areas, dining area, stores in order to ensure that cleaning and maintenance work have been carried out in accordance with Company rules
13.Provide proper guidance to the cleaners. If any issues are found in cleaning, the accommodation Supervisor is only responsible for that
14. Accommodation Supervisor is the only person entitled to keep the keys and will be responsible for any eventual shortages.
15.Supervise and take part to the training of staff how to execute the operations in the camp
16.Keep a record of all service providers(Grease Trap, Sewerage ,Gas, Cleaning ,Pest and Other maintenance activities ) duly signed by the Client and accommodation Supervisor
1. Minimum 5 years experience as a camp boss in staff accommodation
2. Able to handle staff accommodation individually
3. Degree in any subject
4. MS office knowledge should be there
5. Must be proficient in English, Hindi
