We are actively seeking to hire "HVAC Counter Sales " for our showrooms in Dubai who has good knowledge and working experienced in HVACR products and refrigerant gases.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers in the store by taking orders.
- Answer telephones and emails in assisting customers.
- Provide excellent customer services.
-Communicate effectively to build strong, long term, trusting relationships with customers.
- Follow-up on customer orders, resolve problems to the customer's satisfaction and also respond timely to customer.
- Provide produ quotes as appropriate.
Requirements:
• Technic School Diploma in HV or at least minimum three years of work experience in the HV field.
• Must be a customer-oriented individual with the ability and skills to meet, greet and service customers.
Must possess good communication skills and ability to professionally interact with a wide variety of customers both over the telephone and in person.
Possess a good work ethic and be able to work well with other team members. Must be able to accurately attend to details and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Must be able to work with minimum amount of supervision under stressful conditions.
