Job Summary
As a customer service intern you will be on the frontline of Synkers' operations. Onboarding and welcoming new clients onto our app and fostering an approachable and friendly rapport with our new learners. Being a part of growing Edtech startup, you will also have the opportunity to gain hands on experience from various departments, including Sales and Marketing.
Job Responsibilities
You will be responsible to call our new clients and convince them that Synkers is the right solution for them
You will build strong client relationships
You will manage any problem that our clients are facing
You will follow-up with your clients to ensure that you closed the deal
You will track all the deals on CRM
Bachelor degree in Business or Psychology
Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication and sales skills
Excellent analytical skills
Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
