A French Company and one of the leaders in e-commerce business in Europe is looking for a skilled and professional E-Commerce and Customer Care Operator. We work with a big number of well-known market places in Europe, including Amazon Europe, Cdiscount (France), Worten (Portugal and Spain), Eprice (Italy) and many others. With the main logistics platform in France we are expanding and continuously enlarging our presence in other countries.
Responsibilities:
Provide assistance to the customers and respond to their inquiries, tracking the orders, liasing with suppliers and transportation companies.
Working with customers' feedbacks, complaints and rejections.
Working with CRM and analyzing orders.
Analyzing and updating product data bases (mainly electronics and FMCG goods).
Cooperating with purchase department and assisting in purchasing products.
· Upper-intermediate or Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
* Knowledge of French will be an advantage but not mandatory.
* Excellent client-orientation and strong analytical skills.
· At least 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, Logistics or Customer Care role.
* Ability to deal with a large number of tasks at a time, stress-resistance.
· Good working knowledge of CRM, Internet technologies and computer applications.
· Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to learn.
· Experience in working in an international company and cooperating with foreigners will be a plus.
