1.Handle Employee complaints and grievances
2.Facilitate counselling with employees
3.Collect and analyze feedback from employees and recommend changes
4.Prepare newsletter for any company information updates
5.Offer counselling to employees
6.Conduct exit interviews
7.Liaise between employees and management
8.Support the company through restructures
9.Ensure managers are upskilled to deal with employees in fair and effective manner
10.Advise the HR team in dealing with employee relations and maintaining good relations
11.Ensure that all employee related request and process are met in a timely manner
12.Perform other related duties as assigned by the line manager
13.Develop strong, trusting relationships with each employee
14.Responsible for Employee Monthly awards and recognition
15.Initiate and implement team building or any collaborative actives inside the company
16.Develop employee engagement strategy
17.Ensure and monitor effective implementation of HR processes
18.Responsible for employee engagement and brand management
