- Act as the first point of contact for the departments, this includes answeri phone calls and individuals
- Prepare meeting agendas, take meeting minutes and circulate them to attendees
- Monitor, screen and prioritize all incoming correspondences
- Monitor office supplies inventory, place orders and arrange for necessary repairs
- Follow up and generate all types of reports as requested by the DCEO
- Prepare contrac as requested by the DCEO
- Maintain high level of confidentiality at all times
- Translate documents from English to Arabic a vice versa
- Follow up on outgoing correspondences and tasks that have been assigned to others by the DCEO
