Role – Account Assistant
Aid accounting staff and department with day-to-day accounting duties
Prepares and arrange invoices.
Ensure that all invoices processing in the organization are timely, accurate, and complete.
Provides support in reconciliation of balances in client’s account and Manage ledgers.
Process invoices and billing statements •
Track payments and ensure accuracy of accounts receivable.
Supporting the seni accountant
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field may be preferred
Working knowledge of Tally, Zoho (Not Mandatory), Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite productivity tools
Performing reconciliations of accounts
Ability to quickly learn and utilize industry-specific accounting tools
Strongly detail-oriented with a heavy focus on maintaining accuracy and integrity of accounts
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask across different types of accounting-related projects
