Female Administrative Assistant required for an Audit & Finacial Consulting firm;
Responsibilities
Acting as the face of the entity and the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Following up on the manag important tasks and deadlines.
Organizing meetings.
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
Managing databases, doent control, and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedur processes.·
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.·
Various ad hoc requests.
Qualificatio
Relevant work experience as a Secreta Assistant will be added advantage (freshers can also apply for the job).
A Bachelor's degree is a must.
Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional discretion & efficiency.
Ability to work on own initiative·
Honesty and reliability.
Attention to detail.
