To achieve your area sales target
To distribute your area target to your sales team and to ensure that each salesman in your team is meeting their
monthly sales targets.
To play a “hands on “role in the marketplace motivating and directing your Salesmen to maximize their sales and
maintain high standards of customer service.
To personally monitor on an ongoing basis the overall sales targets for each of the
Salesmen in your team and to take immediate appropriate action to keep their sales on target when necessary.
To do daily direct checks on the work of your salesmen in the field as the major
component of the work, ensuring they are making all their scheduled visits, logging their sales data accurately, taking
good care of their displays and filling them properly.
To continually monitor the marketplace and obtain information on performance of our products and those of our
competitors, market share, movement trends, new products and initiatives etc.
To supervise and manage the optimum utilization of the company’s sales vehicles used by your sales members.
To ensure that the salesmen and merchandisers are managing and monitoring the
correct stock rotation in the vehicles and in the retail outlets.
To provide input into the ongoing and budgeted advertising and promotions plan for the
company in accordance with the overall sales strategy.
To promote excellent customer care and train your sales team accordingly.
To handle all disciplinary matters with respect to your sales team in accordance with
company policy and local labor laws.
To ensure applying the company plans with deadlines respect.
Must have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
Bachelor's (Required)
UAE driving license and Car (Required)
