Job Description

Our company is looking for an experienced Office Manager Accountant who can join immediately. The Office Manager will supervise the daily support operations of the company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures.

A greatOffice Manager Accountant has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.


Candidate Requirements

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the operations to function properly. The candidate should have the following qualifications:

- Preferably with a background in Medical company

- Knowledge of Bookkeeping, financial reports, invoicing

- Monitor cost and expenses

- Inventory monitoring

- Quickbooks and similar accounting system

- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments

- Organize and supervise the office

- Organizing travel and accommodation

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent time management skills; attention to detail

- Highly flexible, problem solver, with a strong ability to multi-task

- With own car or driver's license will be a plus

- Managing office including invoices, payments, expenses, and car rental and mileage monitoring, allocations, and renewals. In addition, you will be preparing letters, presentations and reports, assisting with employee immigration queries

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office i.e. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook

Experience: 3-5 + years in office administrati and operations, ideally in a sole charge role. Your experience will include reception, production of quality doentation and management of office consumables, employee expense claims and travel and accommodation. Immigration experience would be highly advantageous.
Skills: You need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be adept at producing high-quality doentation. You will be skilled in running an office environment and managing the ever-changing priorities and tasks presented.
Characteristics: You will possess great communication skills and thrive in a team environment. You should have great attention to detail, enjoy working in a customer-facing role, and will definitely be a multi-tasker who is able to prioritize and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
Office Environment
Hours to be 9-5, Monday to Friday
