Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in food and beverage management.
Demonstrated knowledge of industry trends and ability to anticipate customer preferences.
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various Point of Sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, midnights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to train, coach, and supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
Familiarity with local and national food safety regulations, and ability to implement these regulations effectively.
Fluency in English is required. Multilingual candidates are preferred.
