We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to our Professional Service Team. Candidates should be able to assist the management and all visitors to the office by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance in person, via phone, e-mail and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace
Responsibilities:
Greet and Meet customers and provide them with superb customer service.
Answer client questions and incoming calls.
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Answer and direct phone calls, maintain contact list
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, and reordering supplies.
Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Must be a self-starter, organized, go-getter, quality-oriented and performance oriented individual.
Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION IN ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.
Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
