Should be healthy and able to do loadi, and general Production / Factory supporting works.
Should be able to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and at a consistent pace.
Should be able to learn new tasks and learn to operate basic production equipment.
Completes work within expected periods of time.
Good communication skills.
