Cozy Holiday Homes is searching for a “Guest Service Agent” to work for our properties in Dubai Downtown Area. The job is for a hard worker person with flexible working hours.
Responsibilities:
• Welcoming guests and completing check in-out for the units.
• Coordinating with our call center to receive guests.
• Cleaning the units and make sure its ready for the next guest.
• Meet and maintain company standards and metrics such as guest satisfaction, accuracy, efficiency, and inquiry conversion to reservations
Qualifications:
• UAE, or any valid driving license in Dubai.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Highly responsive and reliable
• Availability to work on flexible schedule.
