Head of Leasing
Responsibilities:
The Leasing function is an integral part of the company’s core operations and contributes to its success. The Head of Leasing is responsible for heading, managing and overseeing all aspects of the leasing function, including developing the leasing plan to identify, attract clients and negotiate to achieve the best possible outcome, to ensure the proper tenant mix in line with the business plan.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of leasing department and ensure maximum optimization of the team.
- Establish and monitor objectives to ensure successful achievement
- Manage all leasing activities including vetting prospective clients, attracting new tenants, rental negotiations and - delivering attractive leasing packages
- Assist on conducting mass interviews to fill in and expand the leasing team in specialized areas.
- Drive performance excellence of Leasing teams and monitor Leasing related performance metrics
- Provide guidance on team matters, such as gathering meetings, tenant information, leasing negotiations, sourcing new tenants, liaising with internal and external develope managements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the status and performance of leasing activities
- Coordinate with the team and the clients to resolve any issues
- Keep attuned to retail market trends and developments and be knowledgeable about competitive prices
- Coordinate and provide status updates to the General manager to ensure effective and efficient leasing operations.
- Provides other support to management, as may be required from time to time.

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of managing leasing contracts and negotiation, exposure to tender management
• Strong command of Leasing policies and procedures
• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
Salary: AED 6,000 – 10,000 including commission
• Holding a valid UAE Driving license
• A Minimum of 2-3 years Leasing management experience, preferably in the GCC region
• Extensive knowledge of leasing management
