This role supports and assists the organization in providing generalist and professional HR services and implementing the company’s people calendar in Oman.
The Candidate will develop successful relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and be instrumental in applying HR policies and procedures in Oman, while ensuring full compliance against internal and external controls and legal frameworks
•This challenging position requires a minimum of 2 to 3 years of operational HR experience in Oman including at least 3 in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
•Graduate level education ideally in an HR or a relevant business discipline
•Good MS Office skills (Word and Excel), familiarity with HR information systems, and strong English communication skills
