Key Responsibilities:

1. bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Arabic & English Speaker, Jordanian nationality Only.
3. 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
4. Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees and management.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
9. Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
