And to develop the Cadre System of the Employees with wages plans and allowances according to the Organizational Chart and Hierarchical Order with specifying the job descriptions.
Job Tasks:
To set the strategic and action plans of the HR Department, and the executing according to the main plan of the company.
To design and execute the company’s policies related to enhancing the work Environment.
To improve the job descriptions of the employees to ensure their efficiency.
To improve the employees’ capabilities by providing training courses provided by the HR manager or professional parties.
To improve the organizational chart after the approval of the Top-Management with the cadre system in accordance to the company’s plans.
To develop and create direct and indirect recruiting channels to provide the human resources to all the company’s sectors.
To filter the recruiting applications and making the initial interviews to select the potential candidates for the vacancies.
To improve the company’s systems and procedures to manage the personnel issues in accordance to the codes of labor law.
To prepare and organize the employees files and to follow-up their residency-visa status.
To manage and handle the employees’ complaints and problems with finding solutions.
