Position Title: Human Resources Assistant
Reports to: Human Resources Manager Middle East

Our company’s mantra is CARE BIG - that we truly live by. We have an exciting opportunity in our Dubai Office for a HR Assistant to support the Human Resources department and our staff.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager
• Compile, update employee records and databases (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment)
• Participate in HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
• Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant HR data (absences, leaves, etc)
• Properly handle minor complaints and grievance procedures
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Any other adhoc duties related to department and business goals
