Maintenance manager is responsible for overseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of an organization's facilities. Maintenance managers ensure that their co-workers have the best resources are available to complete their duties according to the allotted budget. Maintenance managers with relevant experience in manufacturing handling the Plant and Machinery.
Successful maintenance managers possess deep knowledge of engineering and mechanical concepts and have strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Allocate workload and supervise maintenance techs
• Manage relationships with contractors and service provider
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Maintain maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure that designated buildings, plant and facilities are fit for purpose and to provide proactive suppo when required
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Knowledge management to share know how to colleagues, interns and management trainees.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or relevant)
• 10+ years of experience in maintenance management role
• Strong knowledge of engineering including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, PLC controls, Chillers, Compressors, CNC Machines, Robotics and Automation
• Experience in planning maintenance operations
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance
• Ability to keep track of and report on activity
• Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
• Knowledge of Capital Acquisition, machine selection and operational requirement
• Business system savvy and continuous improvement driven
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff members
• Excellent workload and time management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills
