Position Summary:
• Develop strategies, implement campaigns and optimize the digital performance marketing channels of The Coffee Souq (paid search, shopping campaigns, digital growth channels, SEO) to drive traffic, engagement, and retention
• Increase brand awareness, improve brand image and perception and manage the brand's online reputation.
• Manage all marketing communications for The Coffee Souq
• Create and publish appealing and compelling graphic assets, videos, and written content.
• Drive traffic to the website through our online channels and offline marketing campaigns.
• Track, report, and analyze website analytics and marketing campaigns
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
• Ensure all pages on the website are fully up to date, optimized, and appealing to visitors
• Assist the sales teams by ensuring all creative assets are created with the objectives and customer in mind
• Gather data, create reports, and share insights on website activities - online customer behavior, website sales reports, etc.
• Provide a helping hand to all other activities whenever necessary.
Requirements:
Knowledge in copywriting, graphic designing, photography, and editing
Knowledge in running paid ad campaigns, email marketing, sms marketing campaigns, and on-site promotional campaigns.
Knowledge in Shopify and website analytics tools
Ownership and ‘get it done' attitude
Social media savvy
Bilingual (English & Arabic) preferred
Will and eagerness to explore, learn new things, and excel in the role
