We are looking for an Office Administrator for support to operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, greet clients and visitors, and provide general administrative support to employees.
Schedule appointments and meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare necessary doentation such as meeting agendas and minutes.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

High school diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
