We are looking for a Filipina secretary to handle the office administration and part accounting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
-office supplies inventory
-writing emails, attending calls, and arranging meetings
-assisting the engineers with applications and other clerical works
-minor accounting duties (invoicing, receiving payments, etc.)
-VAT submission
-Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences.
-Assist the relevant team members with all traveling formalities, including booking, accommodation, and departure.
-Use a blend of conventional and modern tools for systematic scheduling of client appointments and meetings.
-Maintain clear and concise telephonic communication to handle inquiries by portraying high professional standards.
-Meet and greet clients and visitors and direct them to intended departments.
-Well-versed in using appropriate vocabulary and body language while interacting with others.
-Good command of team collaboration and listening skills to maintain a friendly work atmosphere.
-Portraying good command of modern communication and office software for relevant business operations.
-Exhibiting commendable soft skills with an innate understanding of the realistic challenges in specific tasks.
-Certified or professional command of Microsoft products like Teams, Excel, Outlook, etc.
-High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
