Position: Online Sales Executive - Filipino Female
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Arabic-English Speaking Online Sales Executive (Part-time) to join our Jewelry team.
Job responsibilities:
Communicating with the Customers on our jewelry product range and its several properties primarily via appearing LIVE from our social media platforms.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewelry product catalog, including different types of jewelry, materials used, gemstones, sizing, and pricing, to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
Acquire knowledge about jewelry trends, styles, and care instructions to offer personalized recommendations and guidance to customers based on their preferences and requirements.
Requirements:
Should have prior work experience as Online Sales Executive or any other similar roles.
Verbal and Written fluency in Arabic and English languages is mandatory. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
Familiarity with different types of jewelry, materials used, gemstones, and jewelry sizing. Ability to learn and keep up to date with jewelry trends and terminology.
Should be presentable and willing to appear themselves while coming LIVE on social media platforms.
