Will be assisting operations and commercial departments.
--Will assisting preparing charter party agreements
--Will assist in pre-fixture detailing.
--Will assist post-fixture operations.
--Responsible in Visiting and Inspecting the Vessels in the Port.
--Responsible for maintaining and monitoring database of vessels in port.
--Attending on-hire surveys along with third party surveyor.
--Briefing vessel master on his scope of job on the current charter.
--Will assist to arrange bunker for vessel on charter
--Reviewing your own performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
--Seeking out new business opportunities for the company.
--Creating quarterly reports, power points and showing trends, loads, etc.
--Assist as back up for the commercial and operations team.
--Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues
--Setup and improve upon the systems in place.
Must have experience in Marine / shipping lines.
Driving License is an advantage.
