JOB PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Provides general administrative support for the assigned department or team and performs a variety of tasks and functions depending on the specific needs of the departme.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create, amend and supersede parts numbers.
Amend parts records as required.
Analyze needs and order parts and accessories for new vehicles.
Order parts for VIP and stock.
Prepare order reports.
Handle local and overseas purchases.
Transmit and retrieve orders via the DCS system.
Prepare offers for Government tenders.
Assist the Inventory Supervisor as required.
Undertake additional related responsibilities as required.
