We're looking for a Project Manager specialized in Joinery & fit-out work with at least 2-3 years of experience to join our Facility
Skills Required.
- Planning, coordination, and control of the project in a timely and organized manner.
- Involved in both the pre-bid and design stage as well as the production and installation stage.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines at site are followed.
- Ensuring that the site and joineries are produced efficiently.
- Preparing Project schedule and Overseeing every timelines are met effectively.
- Ensuring that the production is cost-effective.
- Working out the human and material resources are sufficient.
- Preparing Estimation, Procurement and dealing with the suppliers.
- Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed with proper coordination with the team involved.
- Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of all project works.
- Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs.
- Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers and subcontractors
- A Team Player to implement the company's policies & goals.
- Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed.
- Supervision of onsite interior fit out works
