Crystal Fountains is looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our Design Consultancy team in Dubai, UAE. Our team prides itself on creating innovative designs for international clients on prestigious projects in the Middle East. We are looking for candidates with client and project management experience who will be involved in the various stages of water feature design and development.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the development of water feature designs throughout CD to TD, including presentations
• Reviewing RFPs and drafting proposals
• Coordination of design deliverables across our global offices
• Assist in consultancy work planning and metrics
• Client & Project Management including
• Uphold and add to our reputation as a leader and solutions provider for the architectural water feature design industry
• Other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture or Engineering. Design-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 yrs of industry experience.
• Excellent command of and highly proficient in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Arabic would be a bonus.
• Variety of concept works and design experience. The ability to communicate ideas with hand-drawn sketches would be a bonus.
• Software experience: AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Sketchup, InDesign
A strong portfolio is a must.
