Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electric Engineering. (Preferably Electrical Engineer with ADDC certification).
• 10 to 15 years working experience in MEP construction field / consultant with strong relevant MEP industry knowledge.
• Manage all Key Interfaces at all project stages & with previous experience in managing multiple projects (On site and off site)
Job Description:
Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
•Communicates with client &consultant and collaborates with sub-contractors, engineers, and other specialists & staffs to deliver project progress reports.
•Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
•Ensures that all local, state, and national building codes and regulations and safety precautions are strictly followed.
•Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
•Reviewing the project in depth to determine all the milestones are planned and executed according to works program. Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines shall be met.
•Ensures & effectively assesses, signs off and approves Payment Certificates & billing prepared by QS.
•Supervise the work of Staff & laborers, etc. and give them guidance when needed.
•Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
•Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
•Review and maintain the project cash flow.
•Maintain close coordination between all the stake holders.
