The Leasing Agent will show apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and perform managerial duties concerning the property as directed, be responsible for all Tenant communications from pre-move-in to post-move-out.
* Direct from the Landlord: representing property owner
* Leasing and Property Management
* Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents
* Provides potential tenants with information, and tours of facilities and available units
* Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties
* Deals with all client nationalities - communications, negotiations, organizational, customer centricity
* Multi-Lingual - English, Arabic, Hindi
* Competent of all Property Portals - review, analysis, follow up, upload of adverts
* Ensures available and model apartments are fresh and tidy
* Conducts background and credit checks and verifies other references as directed by Management
* Prepares leases for Management review and approval; obtains signatures from management and tenants
* Coordinates move-in dates, materials, and processes.
* Prepares move-in materials
* Obtains all the necessary doents and required data.
* Builds and maintains the Tenant database with communications prompts of renewals and post move-in requirements.
* Knowledgable of al the local Property Rental Authorities
* Proficiency in EJARI and preparing Tenancy Contracts
* Creates EJARI and other required rental doentations
* Performs pre-move-in checks ensuring apartments are ready for the new Tenant
* Prompts tenants on move-out dates, and procedures
* Orchestrates move-out inspections, and subsequent subcontractors services and in-house maintenance modifications and rectifications
* Synchronizes parking labeling and re-assignment of slots
* Creates, develops, and maintains a wait list as needed.
* Tours property daily to ensure it is neat, tidy, attractive, and in good repair
* Manages use of shared facilities such as fitness and recreation areas, and meeting or gathering spaces
* Assists with record keeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required
* Creates, develops, and maintains a list of promotions and discounts
* Organizes corporate Tenant tactics and meetings, (on or off site) for corporate Leasing opportunities
* Develops and implements marketing strategies to attract renters
* Sending proposals to corporate property clients - bulk deals
* Performs other related duties as assigned
