Quality Control Coordinator required - Immediate Start!
We are urgently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator for mobile repair company with comprehensive knowledge of all iPhone models.
Job Description:
• Assessment of various mobile handsets with the ability to grade goods accurately.
• Ensure Quality Management System (QMS) is adhered throughout with accurate data entry.
• Monitor and control non-conforming products (returns, rejects, quarantine).
• Handling of defective material / devices.
• Liaising with technicians to repair goods to a better standard.
• Maintain accurate track of inventory and customer devices.
• Liaising with vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Evaluating and testing products.
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of store and repair stations.
• Follow company Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and associated departmental procedures and working instructions.
• Support productivity by ensuring all requests are handled in a timely manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised while prioritizing and delivering timely, high quality work.
• Ensure that all repairs preformed meet the company’s quality standards.
• Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of customer service
Job Requirements:
• Proven work experience in a similar position handling mobile phone handset is a Must.
• With sound technical background handling mobile phone handset.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all iPhone models.
• The ability to respond quickly to any inconsistencies and resolve any issues.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self-disciplined and organised.
• The ability to work under pressure when time is limited.
• Working well within a team environment.
