As we expand our Real Estate Agents sales team to meet the growing market demand, Pine Tree Real Estate LLC is seeking experienced Real Estate Agents to join our team. We offer a highly competitive commission structure and a comprehensive basic salary package.
Role Description
As a Real Estate Age, you will be responsible for sourcing new clients, setting up appointments, conducting property viewings, negotiating terms and conditions of sale or lease, and providing excellent customer service. You will liaise with clients, buyers, and sellers, ensuring that all parties are kept informed throughout the sal process and that agreements are reached to the satisfaction of all parties. This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Dubai, with flexibility for some remote work.
Salary: AED 3000 per month plus 40% commission
•A strong interest in real estate and the local property market in Dubai
•Minimum one year of experience in the real estate industry is required
•Immediate availability to join is preferred
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in multiple languages preferred
•Superior interpersonal skills, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
•A results-oriented approach to work, with a track record of accomplishing targets and goals
•Solid computer and digital communication skills
•A valid UAE driving license and access to personal transportation
•Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
