Responsibilities
- Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.
- Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.
- Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediating negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.
- Promoting sales through social media.
- Networking and building relationship with potential clients.
Qualifications
-Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking). Additional languages would be an asset: Russian, Chinese, Arab, French, Spanish, German, Italian.
- Knowledge of local Real Estate market
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial
- Strong communication skills
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Preferably experienced in real estate market
- UAE driving license will be big advantage
