Purpose of the Role:
To use their knowledge of the Toll Blending and Private Label lubricant Industry to generate and retain new business. Growing the customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Present the company in a positive light at all times
Generate and qualify leads
Prepare sales action plans and strategies
Schedule sales activity
Maintain a customer database on CRM
Make sales calls to new and existing clients
Make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
Negotiate with clients
Develop sales proposals
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports using CRM
Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in
person promptly
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activity
Carry out market research and surveys
Participate in sales events
Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product development
Education and Experience:
Degree or degree equivalent
At least five years of experience selling to label products and
services
Will travel in the GCC region
Fluent in Arabic and English
Microsoft Office Skills
Business orientated
Proven ability to achieve sales targets
