Ruwwad Initiative is a program designed for Kuwaiti fresh graduates and employees with experience up to two years, to ensure the selection of the right workforce with a view to achieve the Bank's current and future goals and objectives.
The program will last for one year, where the participants will be rotated across the Bank's diverse divisions / departments to get them familiarized with the diverse aspects of banking business and to prepare them for their future roles.
The program involves a mixture of blended learning methods i.e. On-the-Job Training, E-Learning, and high-end Classrooms Programs held in Al-Tijari Academy in addition to obtaining accredited certificates from reputable educational institutions with the objective of providing the newly recruited employees with a comprehensive learning opportunity to enhance their skills. Upon completion of the program, the participants will be assigned to work within various areas across the Bank, based on the knowledge and skills they acquired.
