We are looking for a professional real estate agent to be an intermediary between sellers & buyers. Real estate agent responsibilities include marketing listings & providing guidance to buyers, sellers, tenants & landlords. · Providing guidance & assisting sellers & buyers in marketing & purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
· Determining clients’ needs & financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
· Performing comparative market analysis to estimate property’s value.
· Display & market real property to possible buyers.
· Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
· Necessary scanning for properties & changing them if necessary, on portals.
· Maintain & update listings of available properties (all portals company using).
· Excellent communication with the clients & owners at all the times.
· Follow up at all the time with potential clients, find options for them, prioritize according to moving date & how serious they are.
· Communicate on daily basis feedback after viewing via the right channel organized by the company.
· Communicate the daily schedule & sign the book whenever leaving.
· Develop networks & cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders & contractors.
· Promote sales & rent through advertisements, open houses & listing services.
· Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets & best practices.
· Read & reply to emails on daily basis.
· Weekly reports should be given to manage on a weekly basis about clients, calls, meetings & closed deals.
