We are looking for a detail orientated sales assistant to generate quotations, negotiate purchases and process orders.
Our field of business is equipment for Gas Turbines so basic technical competency is required for evaluation of part numbers and matching of drawings to client requirements.
Understanding of Letter of Credit is a must; so as well an understanding of shipping / logistics requirements is also required.
Receipt and evaluation of client requirements.
• Communication with supplier for correct identification and pricing of client
requirements.
• Commercial negotiation with supplier and client.
• Generating pricing in Microsoft Excel of client requirements.
• Generating quote format in Microsoft Word.
• Negotiation of payment terms and discounts
• Generation and negotiation of Letter of Credit terms; preparation of doents
for Letter of Credit avoiding discrepancies.
• Generation and negotiation of Cash Against Doents terms; preparation of
doents for CAD payments.
* Understanding of Letter of Credit is a must; so as well an understanding of shipping /
logistics requirements is also required.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Proficient in use of Excel and Word.
• Experience with opening and negotiating Letters of Credit, CAD payments.
• Commercial sales experience.
• Functional understanding of shipping / logistics.
Education & Experience Requirements:
• University Education in a technical field
• 3 years experience working in the UAE in commercial setting.
• 3 years experience dealing with shipping in the Middle Eas
