Job Description
Helping the sales team to reach their sales target
Improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Engineers the back office support at all times.
Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Engineers are unavailable, Handling orders by phone, and email, and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and part numbers as per our quotation.
Preparing quotations and sending them on time
Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain all sales records and submit sales reports on time
Assist Sales Engineers to market our products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree Engineering (ME/EEE/DME)
Minimum. 3 years of Experience in the field of Hydraulic and Pneumatics
Good team development and leadership skills.
Computer literacy.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
