As a Sales Executive – (FMCG Distribution-HORECA Segment), you are responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities in your specific area of responsibility under the general guidance of the Sales Manager of Food & Beverage and will include key responsibilities such as:
• Have comprehensive and up to date knowledge of all the outlets unique selling points, features, amenities, services and policies and those of the competition.
• Generate new and maintain existing customer relationship through various sales activities and create awareness of the hotel outlets and facilities through face-to-face sales calls, telephone calls, entertainment, site inspections etc. to ensure complete coverage of own portfolio of accounts and achieve set targets and maximum possible productivity.
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standard of quality, timeliness and cost.
• Responsible for achieving the given targe
• Responsible for money collection from the customers
• Responsible for monthly sales targets
• Monitor and inform about competitor activities
• Generate dai sales reports and suggest necessary actions
• Overall responsible for customer database
